Microwave Chicken Korma

Ingredients:
Chicken 500 grams
Onion (sliced) 2 nos.
2 tablespoons oil.
Salt to taste
For the dough:
Poppy seeds (roasted) 2 tbsp tea.
Cashew nuts 10 nos.
Coconut (shredded) 2 tbsp.
Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 c. Tea.
Marinate:

Cup yogurt (curd) 1
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp.
Tea 1 tsp chilli powder.
1 tsp coriander powder tea.
1 tsp garam masala tea.
½ teaspoon paprika.

Instructions:
1.Mix all marinade ingredients.
2.Wash and marinate chicken in the marinade for at least 2 hours.
To keep 3.Grind coconut, coriander, poppy seeds and cashews into a fine paste and, to the site.
4.Take oil in a pan, add, add sliced onions and even 5 minutes before the microphone.
5.Add blend of marinated chicken and cook for 12 minutes covered microphone.

Mysore Sambhar

Had lied One of my favorite cookbooks Dakshin by Chandra Pacheco on the fight against the best, without for an extended period. I did this as a gift from my MIL 2 years ago and we've tried some recipes from this book with excellent results every time. This recipe for Mysore sambhar always caught my attention because it is a new recipe for me. The only reason why I had not tried this was because there is no tamarind in the list of ingredients and sambhar without tamarind ... ... hmmm? Yesterday, however, I decided to leave. I could not resist a little tamarind never-the-less. I was very impressed with the results. Has, however, tamarind, zing, the little that I like, I'm pretty sure that was the recipe as well if not better without them.

Tur Dal - 3 / 4 cup cooked vegetables
-Water - 3 cups
Beans - 1 2 / 3 cups
Potatoes - 1 medium
"The peas - 1 tablespoon
-Tamarindo - 1 / 2 lemon big ball
Turmeric - 1 / 2 teaspoon
Salt to taste

For the dough:

-Dhani - 1 tbsp
Rust --d coconut - 6 tbsp soup
Hing - 1 / 2 tsp tea
-Methi (fenugreek) seeds - 1 teaspoon of tea
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon of tea
Raw rice (soaked) - 1 tablespoon
-Chillies - 6 nos

For tempering:

Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon of tea
-Cumin - 1 teaspoon of tea
Red Pepper - 1
Curry leaves - 5-6 nos.

Method: --
Cook lentils and rice in water to enjoy approximately 15 minutes. Vegetables, cut about 1 cm high and boil in water. Add tamarind and salt when the vegetables are half cooked, and cook until the vegetables are completely cooked. Make a fine paste of all ingredients in order given the minimal water. The original recipe does not methi (fenugreek) seeds, but I decided to add a little flavor. Add turmeric and the paste on the vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Then add the lentils and cook for 3-4 minutes sambhar. Temper with mustard, cumin, red chili and curry leaves and serve hot with rice.

idli batter should be slightly wetter than for steam convenctional. Put it in the vapors of plastic and 3 / 4 meters high and hot idlis are ready, instead of 15/20 meters of steam.
